Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by CoreLinks Ltd (Registration Number: C98512), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

Service Description

CoreLinks provides professional tutoring and coaching services in Malta, including individual tutoring, group learning sessions, online coaching, academic coaching, subject specialisation, and educational consultation. Our services are designed to support students in achieving their educational goals through personalised learning experiences.

User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration and booking
  • Attend scheduled sessions punctually and prepared
  • Treat our educators and staff with respect and professionalism
  • Pay all fees in accordance with the agreed payment terms
  • Notify us promptly of any changes to your contact information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not engage in any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour during sessions

Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made in accordance with the terms specified at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods as communicated during the booking process. Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received in full.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Session cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible and are subject to tutor availability. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in service termination.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by CoreLinks, including but not limited to teaching materials, curricula, assessments, and educational content, are the intellectual property of CoreLinks or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without express written permission.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding student information and academic progress. Similarly, any proprietary information shared during the course of our services should be treated as confidential by all parties.

Limitation of Liability

CoreLinks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services. Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes or results, as educational success depends on various factors including student effort and engagement.

Service Availability

Whilst we strive to provide consistent and reliable services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. The collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, we encourage direct communication to resolve issues amicably. If resolution cannot be achieved through discussion, disputes may be referred to mediation before pursuing legal action.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with appropriate notice. CoreLinks reserves the right to terminate services immediately if these terms are violated or if behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive. Upon termination, any outstanding payments become immediately due and payable.

Modifications to Terms

CoreLinks reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and CoreLinks regarding the use of our services.
